Ilaria Bonin (freediver, World Champion)

From 2010 to 2014 Mike Maric was his trainer, also taking care of the planning, coordination and scientific medical management with his Support Team and the Interdisciplinary Center of Sports Medicine – University of Pavia.

Together they won:

• 2 World Championships,
• 2 European Championships,
• 4 Italian titles,
• 5 World records in the disciplines of dynamic apnea (DYN), Jump Blue (JB) apnea and underwater frog (DNF).

She was the first Italian woman to overcome the 200m wall in the dynamic freediving discipline (DYN).
